<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #24-110 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND AUTHORIZING BIDDING FOR 2024 <br />NEIGHBORHOOD PAVEMENT OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #24-07 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay the pavement on numerous public <br />street segments in 2024 as identified within the 2024 – 2033 Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-281, adopted November 14, 2023, <br />the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk, Inc., for topographic survey of the <br />pedestrian ramps within the project area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-299, adopted on November 14, 2023, <br />the City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for 2024 Neighborhood Pavement <br />Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #24-07; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising for <br />bids for 2024 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project #24-07. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by the <br />City Engineer and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City <br />Improvement Project #24-07, 2024 Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
