This agreement provides for City <br />maintenance of visual barrier construction on TH 47. <br />Present this agreement to the City Council for their approval and signatures of the Council -authorized officers. <br />Also required is a resolution passed by the Council authorizing the City to enter into the agreement and naming <br />the officers authorized to sign the agreement on its behalf. A suggested form of such resolution is included with <br />this transmittal. <br />Electronic signatures are encouraged. When using electronic signatures, the signatories must not lock the <br />document and all parties must sign the same document. The Council's resolution must be attached to the end of <br />the pdf prior to any electronic signatures.
