ANNUAL GAME FAIR EVENT <br /> 2006 CITY COST REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> CITY OF RAM S EYICHARLE S DELANEY OF ARM S TRONG KENNELS <br /> Police Department: <br /> Mr. Delaney agreed to cover the cost of two patrol officers for the two weekends of the <br /> Game Fair. The hourly rate for the police coverage is $75.00 per hour; the estimated total <br /> number of hours for the two weekends is 76; which equates to an estimated cost of <br /> $5,700.00 for police coverage during the Game Fair event. Mr. Delaney herein agrees to <br /> provide a tent near the main gate to serve as a central public safety site during the event. <br /> Public works: <br /> .1. Placement of"No Parking Signs" <br /> It is agreed that the Mr. Delaney shall provide for the acquisition, posting and storage of <br /> the `No Parking' signs. The City's Public works Department shall be responsible for <br /> marking the recommended locations for the signs. Locates for underground utilities is <br /> required prior to placing the signs. The City's Public works Department shall call <br /> Gopher one for locates. and the cost for this service will be deducted from Mr. Delaney's <br /> Game Fair escrow. Based on the coverage at the 2005 Game Fair, the City Public Works <br /> Department has determined a need for eight (8) more `No Parking' signs; 2 large and 6 <br /> small. Mr. Delaney herein agrees to acquire the additional,signage requested. <br /> 2. Lions Parking Concession at Central Park: <br /> The Ramsey Lions shall be responsible for mowing private property used in conjunction <br /> with Central Park for the Ramsey Lions parking concession. The Ramsey Lions and Mr. <br /> Delaney accept responsibility for removing all litter, in a manner acceptable to the City, <br /> from the parking area at the end of each event day and at the close of the event. <br /> The Lions parking concession signs may not be placed in the public right-of-way. The <br /> City herein agrees to assist the Lions in finding locations for their signs that do not <br /> violate the City's sign ordinance. <br /> 3. Trash Receptacles: <br /> The City will be responsible for placing, emptying and retrieving all trash receptacles east <br /> of Armstrong Blvd. and Mr. Delaney will be responsible for placing, emptying and <br /> retrieving his own trash receptacles west of Armstrong Blvd. <br />
