Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #24-116 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR"DONNA FARMS" RECITALS 1. WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey received an application from Markquart RV (the "Applicant") requesting a Sketch Plan and Final Plat on the property legally described as follows: Outlot B, Riverstone South, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") 2. WHEREAS,the Applicant is replatting one outlot, measuring approximately 14.73 acres in size, into two buildable lots, necessitating the subdivision; and 3. WHEREAS,the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing on April 25, 2024, that said public hearing was properly advertised; and 4. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of the request at a public hearing on April 25, 2024; and 5. WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the request at its meeting on May 14, 2024. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval of Donna Farms for a plat with two business lots in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: 1.01. Final legal form approved by the City Attorney. 1.02. That the Applicant shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit. 1.03. Approval of the Final Plat is contingent upon approval of a Development Agreement listing the platting fees.
