Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION#24-126 RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR FOX RIDGE ESTATES 1ST & 2ND STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24- 13 WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Fox Ridge Estates 1 St&2nd subdivision as identified within the 2024—203 3 10-Year Capital Improvement Program; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-130, adopted June 13, 2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk, Inc., for topographic survey of the project area; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-129, adopted June 27, 2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies,Inc.for geotechnical evaluations of the project area; and WHEREAS,pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution#23-253,adopted October 10,2023,the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hydro-Klean,LLC,for cleaning and televising of storm sewer pipes within the project area; and WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for Fox Ridge Estates 1 St&2nd Street Reconstruction, Improvement Project#24-13. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Fox Ridge Estates 1 St&2nd Street Reconstruction, Improvement Project#24-13. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of May,2024.
