RESOLUTION #24-127 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br /> HARMONY FARMS 2ND ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS, U.S. Home, LLC (Lennar), hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied <br /> for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Outlots B and C, Harmony Farms, Anoka County, Minnesota, and <br /> (the `Subject Property'); and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat of Harmony <br /> Farms, approved by Resolution#24-060; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Harmony Farms 2nd Addition on May <br /> 14, 2024. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Development Agreement for <br /> Harmony Farms 2nd Addition, contingent upon: <br /> a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br /> b. Construction plans subject approval by the City Engineer. <br /> 2. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the Development Agreement. <br />
