EXHIBIT B <br /> Fees Payable to the City <br /> 1. Park Dedication and Trail Development Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying <br /> applicable Park Dedication and Trail Development Fee requirements. The CITY will credit the <br /> PERMITTEE $30.00 per linear foot for construction of the cut-through trail from 168th Lane NW <br /> to Brookside Elementary School (approximately 630 linear feet). PERMITTEE must pay a Park <br /> Dedication Fee of$256,500.00 (57units x $4,500.00 per unit) and a Trail Development Fee of <br /> $66,600.00 (57 units x$1,500.00 per unit less $18,900.00). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that <br /> these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br /> 2. Sanitary Sewer Connection (Trunk) Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying <br /> applicable Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Sanitary Sewer <br /> Trunk Fee of$114,513.00(57 units x$2,009.00). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees <br /> are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br /> 3. Water Connection(Trunk)Fees. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable Water <br /> Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Water Trunk Fee of$76,893.00 (57 units x <br /> $1,349.00 per unit). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in <br /> effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br /> 4. Stormwater Management Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for satisfying applicable <br /> Stormwater Trunk Fee requirements. PERMITTEE must pay a Stormwater Management Fee of <br /> $30,438.00 (57 units x $534.00 per unit). The PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are <br /> estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br /> 5. Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for a Street Light <br /> Operation and Maintenance Fee of $294.00 per light. PERMITTEE must pay a Street Light <br /> Operation and Maintenance Fee of $2,360.00 ($294.00 x 8 lights). The PERMITTEE <br /> acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is recorded will be <br /> collected. <br /> 6. Street Sign Fee. While the CITY provides and installs the street name and traffic control signage, <br /> the PERMITTEE is responsible for paying for them at a rate of$265.00 per sign. PERMITTEE <br /> must pay a Street Sign Fee of$5,565.00 (6 stop signs, 7 street name sign sets, 2 no parking signs, <br /> 2 future through street signs, and 4 type-3 barricades.). <br /> 12 <br />
