ORDINANCE #24-08 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 106-120 "OFFICIAL ZONING MAP" OF <br /> CHAPTER 106 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNEOSTA <br /> The City Council of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br /> Ramsey. <br /> SECTION 2. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 106-120 PERTAINING TO A ZONING MAP <br /> AMENDMENT. <br /> The following legally described properties are hereby rezoned from B-2 — Community Business <br /> District to B-3 —Regional Business District: <br /> Parcel 1: 8655 Riverdale Drive NW <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, DONNA FARMS, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> Parcel 2: 8725 Riverdale Drive NW <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, DONNA FARMS, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> SECTION 3. MAP <br /> The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Official <br /> Zoning Map." <br /> SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter <br /> Section 5.04. <br />
