Please sign, date,and return the <br /> Contract Documents within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of this Notice of Award,along with <br /> Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract price, and a Certificate <br /> of Insurance naming the City as an additional insured. Upon receipt, the City will sign, date,and <br /> return an executed copy of the Contract Documents for your files, pending verification by the City <br /> Attorney that the Contract Documents, bonds, and insurance are in proper legal form.
