Councilmember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #24-126 RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR FOX RIDGE STND ESTATES 1 & 2 STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24- 13 WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Fox Ridge Estates stnd 1 & 2 subdivision as identified within the 2024 – 2033 10-Year Capital Improvement Program; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-130, adopted June 13, 2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk, Inc., for topographic survey of the project area; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-129, adopted June 27, 2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc. for geotechnical evaluations of the project area; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #23-253, adopted October 10, 2023, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hydro-Klean, LLC, for cleaning and televising of storm sewer pipes within the project area; and WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for Fox Ridge Estates stnd 1 & 2 Street Reconstruction, Improvement Project #24-13. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for stnd Fox Ridge Estates 1 & 2 Street Reconstruction, Improvement Project #24-13. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Kuzma Councilmember Olson Councilmember Riley Councilmember Howell Councilmember Musgrove Councilmember Specht and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
