<br />Councilmember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #24-127 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />ND <br />HARMONY FARMS 2 ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, U.S. Home, LLC (Lennar), hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly <br />applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots B and C, Harmony Farms, Anoka County, Minnesota, and <br />(the ‘Subject Property’); and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat of <br />Harmony Farms, approved by Resolution #24-060; and <br />nd <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of Harmony Farms 2 Addition <br />on May 14, 2024. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Development <br />nd <br />Agreement for Harmony Farms 2 Addition, contingent upon: <br />a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />b. Construction plans subject approval by the City Engineer. <br />2) The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
