Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#24-129 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMMUNITY BENEFIT AGREEMENT <br /> WITH MIGITAL OUTDOOR,LLC. <br /> WHEREAS, iDigital Outdoor, LLC, properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit for an off- <br /> premise digital for the property generally known as 9500 Highway 10 NW and legally described as: <br /> That part of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter lying South of US Highway No. 10 as <br /> it now exists in Section 19, Range 32, Township 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> (the `Subject Property'); <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit on July 11, 2023,conditioned <br /> upon future review of a community benefit agreement as required by City Code Section 117-468(c)(10), <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed community benefit agreement addresses the requirements of City Code. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the community benefit agreement with <br /> iDigital Outdoor, LLC, and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to sign it. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> day of May, 2024. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
