Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#24-138 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR TOPOGRAPHIC <br /> SURVEYS, GEOTECHNICAL EVALUATIONS AND UTILITY TESTING FOR 2025 <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS <br /> WHEREAS, the streets within the Dickenson Mississippi Estate subdivision, High Point and <br /> Section 22 Unplatted subdivision, Sorteberg's subdivision, Sunwood Drive between Nowthen Boulevard <br /> (CSAH 5)and Erkium Street,and Alpine Drive between Sunfish Lake Boulevard(CR 57)and Saint Francis <br /> Boulevard(TH 47) are proposed to be reconstructed in 2025; and <br /> WHEREAS, the streets within Beaudry's 2nd subdivision, Ramsey Town Center 1st, 2nd� 4th� 6th� <br /> 7th, and IP 05-22 subdivision, Rum River Hills subdivision, and Village of Sunfish Lake subdivision are <br /> proposed to be milled and overlaid in 2025; and <br /> WHEREAS, topographic surveys, geotechnical evaluations, televising of sanitary and storm <br /> sewer, and leak testing of watermain is required to accurately evaluate and design proposed 2025 capital <br /> improvement program projects; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to request proposals for said services. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 28th day of May,2024. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br />
