Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #24-145 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR LIGHTBRIDGE ACADEMY WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey received an application from Otto Associates, Engineers & Land Surveyors (the "Applicant") on behalf of LB Ramsey MN Owner, LLC (the "Permittee"), requesting Site Plan and Final Plat approval on the property legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Lightbridge Academy, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property"). WHEREAS, the Applicant replatted two outlots into one buildable lot, measuring approximately 2.12 acres in size, necessitating the subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the Preliminary and Final Plat at the meeting on February 13, 2024; and WHEREAS, the Permittee has now supplied the cost estimate for the site improvements, which is needed to draft the Development Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the original Development Agreement at their meeting on April 9, 2024; and WHEREAS, an an error in the original version of the Development Agreement pertaining to park dedication fees were charged was discovered,though were previously satisfied through a land dedication agreement in 1980, which necessitates the amendment to the Development Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the amended Development Agreement at their meeting on May 28, 2024. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Development Agreement and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign that document. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
