On , 2024, Seller conveyed title of the following Property <br /> to Buyer: <br /> Outlots A, B and C; <br /> Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1; <br /> Lots 1, 21 31 4, 5 and 6, Block 2; <br /> Lot 1, Block 3; <br /> Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 4; <br /> Lots 1, 21 31 41 51 6, 71 81 9, and 10, Block 5; <br /> Lots 1, 21 3 and 4, Block 6; <br /> All in, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> The ("Property") <br /> B. Title to the Property was conveyed subject to Buyer fulfilling certain Conditions <br /> as set forth below. <br /> C.
