WHEREAS, the Resident Project Representative from Advanced Engineering and <br /> Environmental Services (AE2S) has inspected the completed work and recommends partial <br /> payment 411 to Magney Construction, Inc. for said project in the amount of$1,774,740.60. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment 411 to Magney Construction, Inc. <br /> of Chanhassen, Minnesota, for Improvement Project 421-09, Centralized Water Treatment <br /> Plant, in the amount of$1,774,740.60. <br /> 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br /> Administrator to sign the release for this payment. <br /> 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br /> bills for the date of May 28, 2024. <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br /> resolution. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> Resolution#24-132 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
