Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-145 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br /> LIGHTBRIDGE ACADEMY <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey received an application from Otto Associates, Engineers & <br /> Land Surveyors (the "Applicant") on behalf of LB Ramsey MN Owner, LLC (the "Permittee"), <br /> requesting Site Plan and Final Plat approval on the property legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Lightbridge Academy, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the "Subject Property"). <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant replatted two outlots into one buildable lot, measuring <br /> approximately 2.12 acres in size, necessitating the subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the Preliminary and Final Plat at the <br /> meeting on February 13, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Permittee has now supplied the cost estimate for the site improvements, <br /> which is needed to draft the Development Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council reviewed the original Development Agreement at their meeting <br /> on April 9, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, an an error in the original version of the Development Agreement pertaining to <br /> park dedication fees were charged was discovered,though were previously satisfied through a land <br /> dedication agreement in 1980, which necessitates the amendment to the Development Agreement; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the amended Development Agreement at their <br /> meeting on May 28, 2024. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Development Agreement and <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign that document. <br />
