Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-146 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br /> "WATERFRONT VILLAGE" <br /> WHEREAS, Centra North LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer",properly applied for Final <br /> Plat approval of the property generally located between Bunker Lake Boulevard and Ramsey Parkway <br /> NW, west of Zeolite Street NW, and legally described as: <br /> Lots 1 —3 (inclusive), Block 1, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> Lots 1 —6 (inclusive), Block 2, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> Lot 1, Block 3, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> Lots 1 —3 (inclusive), Block 4, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> Lots 1 — 10 (inclusive), Block 5, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> Lots 1 —4 (inclusive), Block 6, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> Outlots A, B, and C, Waterfront Village, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the `Subject Property'); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 424-041 approving the Preliminary Plat and <br /> Site Plan on February 13, 2024; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat for the first <br /> phase of the development; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement of <br /> Waterfront Village, a 26-lot phase of the overall approved preliminary plat, on May 28, 2024. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Waterfront Village, <br /> contingent upon the following conditions: <br /> a. Conformance with Staff review comments and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br /> b. Execution of Development Agreement. <br /> c. Approval as to legal form by City Attorney. <br /> d. All conditions set forth in the above-described resolutions must be met. <br /> 2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for Waterfront <br /> Village and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign it. <br />
