PUBLIC HEARING <br />6.01: Public Hearing - Adopt Resolution #24-128 Vacating Easements in Harmony Farms. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Planning Manager Larson reviewed the Staff report in regard to the easement vacation for <br />Harmony Farms. <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove stated that she understands that there are no utilities in this area; <br />however, since there are wetlands, she asked if they are just vacating the utility portion. <br /> <br />Planning Manager Larson explained that they would be vacating the drainage and utility easement <br />which would be rededicated at the new plat to a different configuration. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma called the public hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />City Council / May 28, 2024 <br />Page 4 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
