Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #24-154 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT FOR 6701 HWY 10 NW: CASE OF <br /> GOD'S KINGDOM MINISTRY <br /> WHEREAS, God's Kingdom Ministry (the"Church")has made an offer to lease the West <br /> 4,820 SF of the building located at 6701 Hwy 10 NW (the "Lease Space"); and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has negotiated a 1 year lease of the Lease Space immediately <br /> following the end date of their existing lease on January 31, 2025; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Lease Period and monthly rate are below: <br /> Year 1 (2/l/25 through 1/31/26): $3,879.75 /month <br /> ;and <br /> WHEREAS, God's Kingdom Ministry is a business filed in the Office of the Minnesota Secretary <br /> of State and is in good standing. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br /> COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the City of Ramsey authorizes The City Administrator and Mayor to execute the lease <br /> with God's Kingdom Ministry with the following rate: <br /> Year 1 (2/l/25 through 1/31/26): $3,879.75 <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> Howell, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br />
