Councilmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #06-06-XXX <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR SALT SHED STORAGE BUILDING AT THE <br /> PUBLIC WORKS CAMPUS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ City Council adopted Resolution #05-12-418 on December 13, 2005 <br /> adopting the City of Ramsey's 2006-2010 Capital Improvement Program with a project entitled <br /> "Project #04-BLDG-0005" with a budget orS150,0000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 9, 2006 City Council ratified the recommendation of the Public <br /> Works Committee recommending to approve C[P Project 04-BLDG-005 with funding <br /> implementation as follows: $100,000 from the Public Improvement Revolving Fund (PIP, F), and <br /> $65,000 from the Public Facility Fund (Pi:F). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which will be made available, <br /> and made part of are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bids is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27m day of June 2006. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 06-06-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> -119- <br /> <br /> <br />
