ORDINANCE #06-XX <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE #05-29 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT <br />FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Per S701.10 (Fees) the purpose of this Ordinance is to add the following additional fees to the <br />City's 2006 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges: <br /> <br />Water usage Rates: (Quarterly) <br />$1.78 per 1,000 for 1st 15,000 gallons <br />$1.80 per 1,000 for 15,001-25,000 <br />$1.84 per 1,000 for 25,001-50,000 <br />$1.86 per 1,000 for 50,001-100,000 <br />$1.87 per 1,000 for 100,001-200,000 <br />$1.96 per 1,000 for 200,001 and above <br /> <br />Field Usage by Youth Teams: <br /> Soccer: Per Week <br /> Full Size: $32.00, Half Size: $16.00, ¼ Size: $8.00 <br /> <br />Football Per Week <br /> Full size: $40.00 <br /> <br />Softball/Baseball <br /> Per Game: $8.00 <br /> <br />Permit Fees: <br /> <br />Administrative Fee: Process Returned Permits $25.00 <br /> <br />Moving Permit <br /> <br />$200.00 Application <br />$400.00 Escrow <br /> <br />-183- <br /> <br /> <br />
