Councilmember .. introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #06-06- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF EBONY ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has properly applied for plat approval on the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 31, Anoka County, Minnesota. EXCEPT Tract <br />A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 236, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />The west 66.00 feet of Outlot A, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 5, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Tract A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 2_36, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or, upon recording, <br /> <br />Lot 1 and Lot lA, EBONY ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on May 4, 2006 to review the <br />preliminary plat and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has applied for Final Plat of Ebony Addition, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That.the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ebony Addition in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />-253- <br /> <br /> <br />
