WHEREAS, on March 10, 2006, the Parks Commission met, and recommended that Rum River Prairie satisfy WHEREAS, on June 19th, 2006 the City received Final Plat materials for Prairie Meadows, (formerly Rum River Prairie).' NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City of Ramsey hereby grants Final Plat approval for the development of Prairie Meadows, contingent upon the following items: l. Compliance with City Staffrev/ew letter dated June 23, 2006. 2. The developer obtaining a permit for community septic system construction from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.. 3. The City's review and acceptance of the Articles Of Incorporation, Declaration of Covenants, and financial responsibilities for the Home Owner's Association. 4. The developer engaging the services of a professional management finn to manage the community septic system and submitting an agreement with the management fn-m. 5. A second access is obtained through the construction of 171st Avenue. 6. The developer entering into a Development Agreement that will address the payment of Sewer and Water Trunk and Access Charges. 2) That no work shall be done on the site, including, but not limited to, grading or tree removal and that no building permits are issued until all the above contingencies are fully completed to the satisfaction of the City of Ramsey. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded.by Councilmember Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day, of June, 2006.
