CASE# <br /> <br /> AWARD BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 06-24 <br />EBONY ADDITION UTILTY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />By: Steven J. Jankowsld, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />This project consists of the installation of Ebony Street between 141st Avenue and <br />McKinley Street and McKinley Street fi:om Ebony Street from Ebony Street west to the <br />Bury & Carlson property. The project also includes the installation of waterma'm down <br />Ebony Street and storm sewer along the rail road track east to the Ace Solid Waste <br />Property. Bids were authorized by the City Council at the May 23, 2006 Council meeting. <br />Bids were opened on Tuesday June 20, 2006 and seven bids -were received.
