Administrative Services Director Lasher explained that she is struggling to find where she could
move this section so that it would stand out. She said she can work on finding another logical place
to put this language.
Councilmember Specht asked how this works for people on vacation.
Administrative Services Director Lasher explained that when an employee is out of the office due
to vacation, their voicemails should be updated to include an alternative contact person.
Mayor Kuzma stated this would not necessarily cover the Council.
Councilmember Musgrove noted that under the last section of Section 11 it states that City property
should only be used for official purposes and in the capacity for which it was designed.
