City Hall will be open for <br />additional hours to accommodate in -person absentee voters on Saturday, August <br />10, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12. <br />In -person absentee voting concludes on August 12. The Primary Election is on <br />Tuesday, August 13.
