PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Oath of Office - Patrol Officer <br />Police Chief Katers introduced Patrol Officer Bryce Elhers and gave a brief background on Mr. <br />Elhers. <br />Administrative Services Director Lasher gave the Oath of Office to Mr. Elhers. <br />2.02: Annual Fire Department Update and Review of 2023 Activity <br />Fire Chief Kohner reviewed the 2023 Fire Depailiuent report with the Council.
