19.2. Remedies. Upon an event of default, the Met Council may exercise any one or more of the <br />following remedies: <br />a. Refrain from disbursing the Grant; <br />b. Demand that all or any portion of the Grant already disbursed be repaid to it, and upon <br />such demand the Recipient shall repay such amount to the Met Council; and <br />c.
