WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed and approves of the Extra Work associated <br /> with Change Order No. 20 resulting in a project cost reduction of$10,400.00. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the execution of Change Order No. 20 for the <br /> Ramsey Gateway Highway 10 Improvements, Improvement Project#20-11. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 9th day of July, 2024. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Resolution#24-124 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
