He stated that the garage appears to be a nice two-story structure and asked if there are '- <br /> standards guiding that. <br /> City Planner Martin replied that the new standards emphasize height and not the interior of the <br /> structure. He noted that this is not unique in that there are two story accessory structures that meet <br /> the maximum height. <br /> Commissioner Van Scoy asked if the accessory structure would include living space and whether <br /> that would be allowed. He stated that if that would not be allowed, it should be clarified in the <br /> conditions. ?= <br /> PlanningManager Larson commented that the space can be finished for personal space, such as a <br /> g p p p <br /> home office or recreation space.
