Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#24-177 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND STORMWATER MAINTENANCE <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK FIFTH ADDITION <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, Diamond Graphics (the "Applicant"), has applied for Final Plat review of Sunfish <br /> Lake Business Park Fifth Addition (the "Plat") to combine the properties generally known as 14350 and <br /> 14280 Azurite Street NW, and legally described as: <br /> Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition, subject to easements of <br /> record,Anoka County,Minnesota <br /> -or upon recording of the Plat- <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fifth Addition <br /> (the"Subject Property") <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant is proposing a building addition and expansion of the parking and <br /> maneuvering areas, which will be reviewed administratively with the submittal of a Building Permit <br /> Application; and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed improvements include a new,private stormwater basin in the southeast <br /> corner of the newly created lot, which requires execution and recording of a Stormwater Maintenance <br /> Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has also applied for the vacation of all existing drainage and utility <br /> easements on the Subject Properties,which would be re-dedicated where needed with the recording of the <br /> Final Plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to Section 106-260 (Easement Vacation) of the Ramsey <br /> City Code and Section 12.6 of the City Charter was held on July 9, 2024, and that said public hearing was <br /> properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are available; and <br /> WHEREAS, Centerpoint Energy, Comcast, and Zayo have all provided notice that they have no <br /> facilities within the easements being vacated. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. That the Final Plat is consistent with the standards of City Code and the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2. That the Final Plat will re-dedicate necessary drainage and utility easements on the Subject Property. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Stormwater Maintenance Agreement for <br /> Sunfish Lake Business Park Fifth Addition, contingent upon compliance with the Staff review comments. <br />
