Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION#24-177 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND STORMWATER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK FIFTH ADDITION RECITALS WHEREAS, Diamond Graphics (the "Applicant"), has applied for Final Plat review of Sunfish Lake Business Park Fifth Addition (the "Plat") to combine the properties generally known as 14350 and 14280 Azurite Street NW, and legally described as: Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fourth Addition, subject to easements of record,Anoka County,Minnesota -or upon recording of the Plat- Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Lake Business Park Fifth Addition (the"Subject Property") WHEREAS, the Applicant is proposing a building addition and expansion of the parking and maneuvering areas, which will be reviewed administratively with the submittal of a Building Permit Application; and WHEREAS,the proposed improvements include a new,private stormwater basin in the southeast corner of the newly created lot, which requires execution and recording of a Stormwater Maintenance Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has also applied for the vacation of all existing drainage and utility easements on the Subject Properties,which would be re-dedicated where needed with the recording of the Final Plat; and WHEREAS, a public hearing pursuant to Section 106-260 (Easement Vacation) of the Ramsey City Code and Section 12.6 of the City Charter was held on July 9, 2024, and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are available; and WHEREAS, Centerpoint Energy, Comcast, and Zayo have all provided notice that they have no facilities within the easements being vacated. FINDINGS OF FACT 1. That the Final Plat is consistent with the standards of City Code and the Comprehensive Plan. 2. That the Final Plat will re-dedicate necessary drainage and utility easements on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Final Plat and Stormwater Maintenance Agreement for Sunfish Lake Business Park Fifth Addition, contingent upon compliance with the Staff review comments.
