CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL WORK SESSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Special Work Session on Thursday, June 20, <br /> 2024, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> Members Present: Mayor Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Chelsee Howell <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Michael Olson <br /> Councilmember Dan Specht <br /> Members Absent: Councilmember Chris Riley <br /> Councilmember Matt Woestehoff <br /> Also Present: Human Resources Generalist Sue Hurd <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Kuzma called the City Council Special Work Session to order at 6:08 p.m. <br /> 2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> 2.01: City Board and Commission Interviews <br /> Human Resources Generalist Hurd stated that there will be two interviews this evening for two <br /> open seats on the Environmental Policy Board(EPB). <br /> The Council conducted the two interviews of the candidates, asking the same questions of each <br /> applicant. <br /> The Council discussed the applicants who interviewed this evening. <br /> The consensus of the Council was to appoint Paula Houts to the four-year term and appoint Nick <br /> Burgess to the partial one-year term. <br /> 3.
