Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #24-169 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR"SKYLINE ON SUNWOOD" RECITALS WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey received an application from PSD, LLC (the "Applicant") requesting a Final Plat on the property legally described as follows: Outlot B, Ramsey Town Center 11 th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS,the Applicant is replatting one outlot, measuring approximately 4.03 acres in size into one buildable lot, necessitating the plat; and WHEREAS, the Applicant will be constructing infrastructure including sidewalks, street lights, and streetscaping on the ad j acent rights-of-way in conjunction with the development of a mixed-use building on the Subject Property; and WHEREAS,the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing on June 27, 2024, for the accompanying site plan review and that said public hearing was properly advertised; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the request at its meeting on July 9, 2024. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval of Skyline on Sunwood for a plat with one mixed-use lot in accordance with relevant City Codes,subject to the following conditions: 1. Final legal form approved by the City Attorney. 2. That the Applicant shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit. 3. Approval of the Final Plat is contingent upon approval of a Development Agreement listing the platting and development fees.
