Operations and Maintenance Department <br /> Part of managing an operations and maintenance group that is dedicated to trails is to retain staff specialized <br /> in areas of knowledge that pertain to trail maintenance,and to determine when and how that maintenance gets <br /> completed.As part of the City of Ramsey's Operations and Maintenance Department,the addition of a Trails <br /> Manager is suggested to oversee and implement policies and scheduling related to the operation and maintenance <br /> of trails.
