BASIS OF PAYMENT: <br /> Mobilization—Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis for the mobilization of equipment. <br /> 6"Ductile Iron Pipe Class 53 Watermain — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as <br /> compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation of DIP <br /> watermain. Excavation for watermain is incidental to the DIP Watermain pay item. Installation of <br /> ductile iron fittings, including but not limited to all bends, restraints, caps are incidental. <br /> Salvage & Install Hydrant— Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all <br /> equipment,material, and labor costs required to salvage and installation of hydrants to the location <br /> shown on the exhibit. <br /> Gate Valve &Box—Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all equipment, <br /> material, and labor costs required for installing gate valves and box, based upon size. <br /> Sanitary Sewer Pipe — Payment shall be made on a per lineal foot basis as compensation for all <br /> equipment,material, and labor costs required for the installation of PVC sanitary sewer based upon <br /> size and type. Excavation as required to install the sanitary sewer is incidental to the pay item, <br /> except within drain field, which shall be paid by the excavate and dispose pay item. <br /> 4" Sanitary Cleanout — Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for all <br /> equipment, material, and labor costs required for the installation and connection of sanitary sewer <br /> cleanout. Final heights adjustments to grade are incidental to the pay item. <br /> 8"x4"Sanitary Sewer Reducer—Payment shall be made on a per each basis as compensation for <br /> all equipment, material, and labor costs required for connection to the existing sanitary sewer line <br /> with an 8"x4" PVC reducer. <br /> Clean and Remove Concrete Septic Tank — Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis as <br /> compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs to cleanout and remove concrete septic <br /> tank. <br /> Excavate and Dispose Drain Field Material—Payment shall be made on a per cubic foot basis as <br /> compensation for all equipment, material, and labor costs required to excavate, load, haul and <br /> properly dispose of excavated drain field material. Backfill of excavated material with clean fill is <br /> incidental to the pay item. <br /> Irrigation Repair — Payment shall be made on a lump sum basis as compensation for restoring <br /> irrigation components damaged as a result of construction. <br /> Restoration — Payment shall be made on a per acre basis as compensation for restoring the <br /> excavation area with a minimum of 4" topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and hydro-mulch. Seed mix shall <br /> meet MnDOT seed mixture 25-151. <br /> Other Items — The cost of any additional equipment, labor, materials, tools and supplies which <br /> have not been specifically identified in this section for payment, but are required to complete the <br /> project per the plans and specifications shall be considered incidental to the project. <br /> 4 <br />
