Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#24-196 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR DICKENSON'S <br /> MISSISSIPPI ESTATE STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> #25-04 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Dickenson's <br /> Mississippi Estates subdivision as identified within the 2024 — 2033 10-Year Capital Improvement <br /> Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, proposals were received for engineering design services, including preparing final <br /> plans and specifications for Dickenson's Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project <br /> #25-04 for$68,537.00 from Bolton&Menk, Inc. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby directs the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the proposal <br /> from Bolton & Menk, Inc. to prepare final plans and specifications for Dickenson's Mississippi <br /> Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project#25-04. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 23rd day of July, 2024. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
