Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION#24-198 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSALS FOR TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS FOR 2025 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution#24-138, adopted May 28, 2024, City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare request for proposals for 2025 Pavement Management Program projects; and WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to two (2) firms for the purpose of obtaining proposals for completing the proposed topographic surveys; and WHEREAS,the two(2)topographic survey proposals received are tabulated below; and Project Hakanson Anderson Bolton & Menk IP 25-02 MSA Sunwood Drive (CSAH 5 / $11600.00 $21610.00 Erkium Street) Reconstruction IP 25-03 MSA Alpine Drive (CR 57/ TH $41800.00 $7,145.00 47 Reconstruction IP 25-05 High Point Street Reconstructions $7,650.00 $131855.00 IP 25-06 Sorteber 's Street Reconstructions $2,560.00 $41880.00 Total Amount for all projects $16,610.00 $28,490.00 WHEREAS, the proposal of Hakanson Anderson in the total amount of$16,610.00 for said services in accordance with the prepared proposals is the lowest responsible proposal and their proposal shall be and hereby is accepted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Hakanson Anderson for said topographic survey services for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent:
