Repair exterior brick. <br /> 2. Repair eaves and paint. <br /> 3. Install owner provided doors. Stain doors and frames. <br /> 4. Repair windows and replace (1)with new. <br /> 5. Tuck point chimney. <br /> 6. Supply and install new plumbing fixtures and tie into city plumbing. <br /> 7. Hook up HVAC unit and install new A/C unit. <br /> 8. Restore exiting wood floors. <br /> 9. Supply and install ceramic tile in restroom. <br /> 10. Supply an dinstall wood wainscot throughout main area. Stain wood wainscot. <br /> 11. Finish remaining sheetrock. Paint. <br /> 12. New lighting throughout space, exit signage to meet code, and hook up to city power. <br /> 13. Clean Up, Supervision, Disposal, Permit, and OH&P are included in this cost. <br /> TOTAL $1407215.00 <br /> Alternate 1: Add $38,500.00 for sidewalk and ADA ramp.
