<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #24-196 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR DICKENSON’S <br />MISSISSIPPI ESTATE STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#25-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Dickenson’s <br />Mississippi Estates subdivision as identified within the 2024 – 2033 10-Year Capital Improvement <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proposals were received for engineering design services, including preparing <br />final plans and specifications for Dickenson’s Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, <br />Improvement Project #25-04 for $68,537.00 from Bolton & Menk, Inc. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby directs the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the <br />proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. to prepare final plans and specifications for <br />Dickenson’s Mississippi Estate Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-04. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
