<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #24-199 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR SKYLINE ON <br />SUNWOOD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”, has properly applied for <br />Site Plan and Final Plat approval for Skyline on Sunwood, located on the property legally described <br />as Lot 1, Block 1, Skyline on Sunwood, Anoka County, Minnesota (“Subject Property”); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subject Property is zoned COR, which is a mixed-use zoning designation <br />and guided as such in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is a mixed-use building containing 133 residential <br />units, 13,776 square feet of retail space, site amenities, and on-site parking; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan and Minor Plat at their <br />regular meeting on June 27, 2024, and recommended approval of both; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council reviewed and approved the Site Plan and Minor Plat on July 9, <br />2024, conditioned upon approval and signing of a development agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development agreement is standard in nature and agreed upon <br />by the Developer. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement for <br />Skyline on Sunwood and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the <br />document. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
