(AET), is submitting this Change Order for the following additions and changes to our work scope outlined In our proposal to the City of Ramsey, dated April 10, 2023. AET is requesting additional budget for technician hours and concrete cylinders. AET's original cost estimate was based off of concrete testing at a frequency of one test for every 100 cubic yards, when it should have been calculated at a frequency to perform concrete testing every 50 cubic yards per the engineer (AE2S).
