Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-02-033 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR 1992 <br />PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION ON APRIL 7, 1992 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Presidential Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, April 7, <br />1992; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 204B.21, election judges for <br />precincts in a municipality must be appointed by the governing body of that municipality; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the hourly rate of pay will be $5.50 for election judges and $6.00 <br />for chairpersons. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the following individuals be appointed to serve as election judges for the <br />Presidential Primary Election to be held on April 7, 1992: <br /> <br />Precinct lA - Ramsey Elementary_ School: <br /> <br />1.
