Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-02-036 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING PROPOSALS <br />FOR WOOD POND HILLS ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the subdivision of Wood Pond Hills Addition will be <br />presented shortly for final plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said subdivision will involve sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, city <br />streets, MSA street, deep trunk sewer, highway jacking and various permits and feasibility studies; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer has indicated he intends to request these improvements to be <br />installed by the City under a relatively compressed time frame; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is likely some of the work will need to be performed be a consulting <br />engineer. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Engineer is authorized to obtain proposals from three engineering firms to <br />perform each element of the required tasks for improvements to Wood Pond Hills <br />Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Cou ncilmember Peterson <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25th day of February, 1992. <br /> <br />.j~yor ~" <br /> <br />~istrator / <br /> <br /> <br />
