Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-03-038 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-11 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY <br />SEWER AND WATER TO THE PROPOSED RAMSEY MEADOWS <br />SUBDIVISION - PINS: R24-32-25-33-0018, R24-32-25-33-0013, R24-32-25-34- <br />000~) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvement of water and sewer extension to the proposed Ramsey Meadows Subdivision - PINs: <br />R24-32-25-33-0018, R24-32~25-33-0013, R24-32-25-34-0001; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That a certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of water <br />and sewer extension to the proposed Ramsey Meadows Subdivision (PINs: R24-32-25-33- <br />0018, R24-32-25-33-0013, R24-32-25-34-0001) has been filed with the City Council on <br />March 10, 1992. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br />affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to City of Ramsey Code <br />Section 4.60 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the petition is hereby referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed <br />to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />the cost of the project to each affected property owner. The City Engineer shall also <br />comment as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some <br />other improvement. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project # 92- <br />11. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
