Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-03-041 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORIZATION TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS <br />FROM NEIL GUY ESTATE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City requires permanent and temporary construction easements for the <br />construction of Project g91-01, Highway #10 Sewer and Watermain; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, reasonable value for the easements has been negotiated with the trustee of <br />the property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all benefitted property to this project will be required to dedicate similar <br />easements which will be valued at the same unit land value as used for the award of the Guy <br />property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the costs of all easements will be considered a project cost and assessed <br />back against the benefitted properties. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the payment of $6,634.50 for 8,846 square feet <br />of permanent easement and $1,990.35 for 13,269 square feet of temporary easement for <br />the following described easement: o <br /> <br />A permanent easement for utility and drainage purposes over, under <br />and across the southern 20.00 feet of the following described <br />property: <br /> <br />Lot 22, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION 96, Excepting that part of said <br />Lot 22 described as follows: The northeasterly 206.43 feet of the <br />southeasterly 211.02 feet as measured at right angles to the <br />northeasterly and southeasterly lines of said Lot 22 respectively; <br />subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />Together with a temporary construction easement over, under and <br />across the north 30.00 feet of the south 50.00 feet of the above <br />described property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
