Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #92-03-051 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR A MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN THE B-3 HIGHWAY BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT ON LOT 2, BLOCK 3 ALPACA ESTATES (PIN 28-32-25-32-0009) <br /> <br />On March 24, 1992, a conditional use permit was issued to Stephen J. Franta to construct and <br />operate a retail/manufacturing business in the B-3 Highway Business District on the property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 3, Alpaca Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br />permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The manufacturing of canvas boat covers, portable fishouses and related items on <br />the premises shall be permitted. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit shall be contingent upon compliance with the terms of <br />the Site Plan Development Permit issued for the approved site plan drawn by <br />Graphic Design Architects and dated August 20, 1990 and revised February 5, <br />1992. <br /> <br />That any expansion or enlargement of the subject facility shall require application <br />for a new conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That the permit holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dulY seconded by Mayor James <br />Gilbertson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
