Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-04-056 RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE CITY OF RAMSEY BE PLACED UPON THE FUNDING LIST FOR THE INDIVIDUAL ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS GRANT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is a municipal corporation; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has on-site wastewater treatment systems that were constructed on/before January 1, 1977; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has areas which will not have City services available to them in the foreseeable future. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City of Ramsey is the responsible party for the funding list placement and the future grant application for the Individual On-Site Wastewater Treatment Systems Grant Program. 2) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized to submit and sign all required documents for the Individual On-Site Wastewater Treatment Systems Grant Program. 3) That the area described as follows shall be the planning area for eligibility for the Individual On-Site Wastewater Treatment Systems Grant Program: Properties north of 153rd Avenue N.W. starting at the eastern boundary of the City continuing to the intersection of 153rd Avenue N.W. and County Road #83; following County Road #83 south to the northern plat boundary of Alpaca Estates; following the northern boundary eastward to the eastern plat boundary of Alpaca Estates; following the eastern boundary southerly to the City boundary. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Mayor Gilbertson
