Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-04-078 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-15 (SANITARY SEWER AND <br />WATERMAIN LATERALS AND STREET CONSTRUCTION FOR PHASE ONE <br />OF WOOD POND HILLS ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted March 24, <br />1992, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement Project g92-15 (sanitary sewer and watermain laterals and street construction for <br />Phase One of Wood Pond Hills Addition); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 28, 1992 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br />5 year term <br /> <br />$524,685 <br />$ 10,565 <br />$ 2,647 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such <br />streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $524,685. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of <br />May, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That it is the intent of the City Council to include the expenditures due to the above in a <br />future bond issue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
