Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-05-095 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST TO MOVE IN STRUCTURES ONTO <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 2, ALPACA ESTATES 3RD ADDITION BASED ON FINDINGS <br />OF FACT #0310 AND DECLARING TERMS OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br />On May 12, 1992, the Ramsey City Council approved a request by Mr. Dennis Christiansen <br />("Permittee") to move in a single family dwelling with attached garage and an accessory structure <br />onto Lot 1, Block 2, Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition. The terms of this development permit are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That all plumbing shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State Plumbing <br />Code. <br /> <br />That all electrical circuits shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State <br />Electrical Code. <br /> <br />That the placement of the structures shall comply with all City Codes and the Permittee <br />shall acquire all necessary permits, including a building permit. <br /> <br />That no building permit will be issued for the structure to be moved into the City unless the <br />necessary plans have been submitted to make the building permit also applicable to the <br />addition described in Paragraph 6, and the financial guarantee described in Paragraph 7 has <br />been satisfied. <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />That the exterior walls of the dwelling, attached garage and accessory garage shall be <br />repainted. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall construct an addition to the principal structure that will result in the <br />total main floor living area of the structure measuring at least 1,400 square feet. <br /> <br />That the establishment of the structures, including the addition to the principal structure <br />described in Paragraph 6, on the subject parcel shall be completed and receive certificate of <br />occupancy by November 1, 1992. Failure to complete the project by November 1, 1992, <br />will permit the City to draw upon the financial guarantee required in paragraph 7 of this <br />agreement. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall provide the City of Ramsey with an escrow deposit in the form of <br />cash or letter of credit, in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($10,000.00), <br />for the purpose of guaranteeing compliance with the terms of this development permit and <br />satisfactory completion of the project, as determined by the Building Official. <br /> <br />That the Permittee hereby agrees to reimburse the City for all expenses incurred in <br />administering this development permit. Failure to pay the City expenses incurred within 15 <br />days of billing by the City will permit the City to draw upon the financial guarantee <br />required by this agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
